In the evils of my mind
acid dribbles down my spine
as butterflies sneak quietly by
then flutter into ashes.
The pearly whiteness catches sun;
reflections upon calcium.
Pungent fumes caress my lungs
while stringy flesh does dangle.
Deeper still as slumber rings
steaming tar upon my fing-
ers paint a song of scary things
as men give awkward banter.
Such are things signs say to me
when consiousness of me be free.
When limbs are limp and eyes alee
a hell of visions broadcast.
